All fine, but rude staff

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the inviting pool area surrounded by palm trees and attentive staff who ensured a relaxing experience. The room was spacious and clean but had some minor issues, like inconsistent TV service and spots on the furniture. It’s a great option for families looking for a fun getaway, with potential for improvement in room amenities and maintenance.

Our room had a great layout, close to the pool, which was convenient. The proximity to downtown Palm Springs was perfect for exploring. However, we faced a major hassle with unexpected charges during check-out. We had $400 in room charges for food we never ordered. Thankfully, the front desk resolved it, but it took a significant amount of time. We also rented a daybed, expecting priority service, but it took forever to even get a drink order. It was frustrating since we were only there for a short trip. On the brighter side, Dave at the bar was fantastic. He was friendly and kept us entertained while we waited. The staff did their best to accommodate us, but it just felt like they were short-staffed. Overall, this place has potential but needs to streamline their service process.

The heating unit blew cold air, with no hot water available!!! Not to mention broken lights in the room, unclear security protocols, and the sliding glass door was a struggle to operate!!! !!! This hotel seriously needs to re-evaluate maintenance!!!
